Thanks for stopping by! We're two cousins who love to craft on the cheap and share our ideas. We'd love for you to stay awhile, pull up your Pin it! button, sewing machine, and let us know what you think!

Hooray For Facebook!!

Okay, okay.  I know we should have done this a long time ago, but we FINALLY set up a Facebook Page.
We're also on Google+, but I have no idea how to direct you to that page.

Just kidding.  Jenny Melrose told me how to do that.  So, here's the Google+ link.  And, I've got to say--Facebook's links are way less confusing.  No offense Google+.

I may get struck by a social media bolt of lightning for saying this, but really?!  What's the deal with all the social media hype?  Do we have to have Facebook, Twitter, Google+, StumbleUpon, Pinterest, and everything else?  That's a lot of stuff to keep up on.  Meh.

It's kinda overwhelming, is it not?

Oh, no.  Not you, Pinterest...we love you!  ...except when we find out that our totally awesome original idea wasn't all that original at all...  ;)

I mean, having a tutorial blog can be overwhelming by itself.  It is SUPER time consuming, but most of you know that.

So, while I'm off on this tangent, what do you all think?

Are you liking things here?

Do you think all the social networking is a good idea?

If so, will you come over to my house to teach me how to use Facebook?  (...and I'm not even kidding...please!  Help!)

Is there any project in particular you want to see us tackle?

Do you think we post too often?

Do you want more real life posts, or do you like mostly tutorials?

Sorry for the sponsored posts and ads...having a crafting addiction can get expensive, and this is just a way to support our addiction!  ;)  If you don't like 'em, just skip that post and come back later when we have a new post.  I promise, our feelings won't be hurt!

Anyway, feedback is good and we love comments, so speak up!  We love to hear what you've got to say!

Sorry for my little rant on social networking.  It really isn't a bad thing.  It's lots of fun, and it's a great way to meet new people and visit new sites.  So, let's meet up on Facebook, Pinterest, and Google+.  Sound fun?!  See you there!  :)
