Pony Royale Party

This post is sponsored by Pony Royale. I was selected for this opportunity as a member of Clever Girls Collective, and the content and opinions expressed here are all my own.
Okay, so picture this. One of Nat’s 5 boys was super excited about getting some Legos in the mail.
Pony Royale Party (7)
So when 4 big boxes showed up at his house, he opened them all, expecting to find his awesome Legos. What did he find instead?
Pony Royale Party (14)
Tons of these pony princesses. What?!? Due to a mistake, Nat got a box intended for me. So her brother brought them up to me (thanks Andrew!) and my girls and I got ready for a Pony Royale Party (these are a new, super cute toy coming out in stores right now, so we got to host a preview party!)!! We ordered party favors and decorations off Amazon, (where else?!) and I got to work Monday after I got home from a Scout day camp (yeah, the girly-girl mom is over Webelos. Go figure) baking cupcakes, cookies, and getting everything ready.
 Pony Royale Party (3)
I opened up 2 of the ponies for the girls to play with while I made dinner and got things ready.
 Pony Royale Party (5)
They were having fun, and it kept them entertained for over an hour (nothing short of a miracle around these parts!) Plus they had to go by their bed that night.
Pony Royale Party (6)
And the cheeser that happens every time I pull out a camera lately.
Pony Royale Party (8)Pony Royale Party (9)
All the girls got bracelets (found here) that I grouped together and tied with Baker’s Twine (from Pick Your Plum)
Pony Royale Party (10)
And girly shaped rings (found here), and synthetic hair pieces, which I didn’t get a picture of, found here.
Here’s the favor bags all filled and waiting for party girls to come! (Pink cardboard box from Hancock Fabrics in Layton)
Pony Royale Party (18)
For the rest of the spread, we had cupcakes (of course!) with some of the rings as toppers, the ponies out for the kids to see what they get to take home, apples with caramel dip (for the ponies), oatmeal cookies (made from this recipe here, so good if I say so myself!), paper plates from Smith’s…
Pony Royale Party (15)
Carrots and ranch dressing for the ponies
Pony Royale Party (17)
And more colorful cupcakes. Isn’t that the cutest little cupcake stand? It holds 13, random, but my favorite number, and I got it for 50 cents at the DI last summer. Sweet!
Pony Royale Party (16)
Finished spread(hmmm, guess I haven’t posted about my awesome extra counter space my hubby made for me…I’ll have to show you that soon!):
Pony Royale Party (13)
With streamers and the cute balloons from here and here.
Pony Royale Party
For the party, they got to get their face painted if they wanted to (by me, yikes!) with books and paints ordered off Amazon (here and here) We just did that as they showed up.
Pony Royale Party (19)
And my girls waiting anxiously for friends to come after they’ve gotten painted

Then, we watched this video to find out how these cute ponies came to be:

And found out each kids birthstone here.
Then, we decorated foam crowns with jewels for all the princesses to wear. The invitation told the girls they could dress up if they wanted to as a princess. Most of them did Smile
Pony Royale Party (20)
We had 12 of the ponies out of their packaging for the girls to play with and mix and match their hair and accessories.

So we took pictures of all of our princess with their ponies once they had their crowns ready!

Pony Royale Party (27)
My girls, with #2 giving a scary face underbite look. Crazy girl.
Pony Royale Party (32)
My cousin’s kids. Aren’t they cute little princesses?
Pony Royale Party (28)
More pictures of the princesses. (doesn’t my cousin’s daughter look thrilled Smile)
Pony Royale Party (29)
And my friend since Jr. High’s kids.
Pony Royale Party (31)
Plus a new friend from our neighborhood!
Pony Royale Party (30)
I had the princesses go color at the table while we sorted out pony parts to the different girls. (stamps from here)

And they ate their cupcakes and treats (I should have done a lot more pink cupcakes for so many girly princesses!)
Pony Royale Party (25)
So they had lots of fun and each got a pony to take home and keep!

Oh by the way, those pretty flowers on the table were from my cute bro and SIL. They’re so sweet. Love the giant lilies!

So are you wondering what the heck Pony Royale ponies are? In their own words:
The twelve Princess Ponies are pony action figure dolls with names, personalities, and changeable hair and outfits.
  • With two Pony Royale dolls, make over 60 fashion styles!
  • Each pony comes with a jeweled birthstone blaze
  • Two sets of Change-It-Up Hair and hair brush included!
Pretty much a great Christmas or birthday present for the princesses in your life! Most of the girls at the party just went with their favorite colors, but some of them went with their birthstone! But they are all so girly and fun for them! That was our fun party we had yesterday! Thanks to all those who came and let me take pictures of your girls!
Visit the Pony Royale website for more information. The Pony Royale collection will be available at Toys R Us in late July and in select Target stores in August. Meanwhile, be sure to check out Pony Royale’s Facebook page and follow them on Twitter!
