Every recipe I lo...a little tip on the butterbeer. Every recipe I looked at had 2-1 ratio on the butterscotch and the cream soda. It was so thick and sweet it was nasty. I ended up using a 6 oz clear plastic tumbler, drizzling enough of the butterscotch to just cover the bottom of the glass and then adding the cream soda. It foams best if the butterscotch is warm.
